I am in the process of closing on a new home as a first time homebuyer. I don’t like the idea of a 30 year mortgage but I would like a home to call my own 😩. The process is definitely scary and new. I used to watch Your home mortgage videos while in grad school years ago . Thinking how motivating it was and I pray to follow in your footsteps and not be burdened by the idea of a lifetime type mortgage

No charge backs with Medicare is awesome

This business is very hard to do part time. You can start part time but with intention of diving in. There is no other way to put it. This business is not worth it with a part time effort. You're better off having your regular full time job and doing Uber for $20 hr. Not a hobby for sure.
